Yes. It must be returned in perfect condition within 10 business days for a refund. I do not accept returns on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us prior to mailing the package.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated my kitchenware pottery including small trays and bowls and mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are all meant to be used in a daily setting. They are made of strong, durable stoneware or porcelain and will withstand the test of time. Because I work with a variety of clays, I ensure each clay is used for it's intended purpose.

Not all pottery is meant to be put in the oven. I only recommend the casserole dishes be used in the oven. Starting with a cool temperature, brought up as usual. I do not recommend putting plates in the oven.
